Sample Kit Contents:

• 1 dispensing box with 100 Ortopad® Bamboo patches in all three sizes, various designs (size allocation is 60 Regular size, 30 Medium size and 10 Junior size - due to high volume, no customization is allowed)
• 1 Ortopad Patch Design Poster
• 1 Instruction Pad to specify the occlusion schedule and provide the parent with purchasing options

You can choose between receiving a complete kit as listed above, or refill patches only.

Samples are only provided to medical professionals free of charge.  Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
